I write about artificial inteligence, MLOps, data engineering, and how to solve the hallucination problem in AI. I have published almost 500 articles on AI, ML, and data engineering, and trained 1089 engineers during my AI and ML workshops.

I'm the creator of Laoshu, an open-source tool for automatic verification of citations in AI's output.

I'm also a conference speaker, podcast guest, and a contributor to book "97 Things Every Data Engineer Should Know".

  • Retrieval Augmented Generation for Customer Support

    Implemented the semantic search solution based on a vector database. Performed data analysis, including clustering and topic modeling, to find types of past support requests. Used GenAI to draft a suggested solution to new customer support requests.

    Worked on an AI-based solution for analyzing online reviews and comparing the performance of different branches of the same company.
